      Avantages

      Not a single one I can think of.

      Inconvénients

      Low wages, not consistent of giving out PTO if any, no Tuition Assistance, No roll over PTO into the new year, low overhead and paying us the lowest wages on the contract. Aggressive to interview, no interested in keeping you for a long term situation.

      Great company to work for- competitive comp plan and you can make really good money.

      Inconvénients

      It’s hard work but if you are willing to put it in it pays off

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
