      Avantages

      Contracting for a large & well-respected/known company, occasional team outings.

      Inconvénients

      Excessive & ineffective micromanagement, poor management in general, little to no oversight from Insight Global, lack of basic office supplies, no opportunities for career growth, poor work/life balance, strong pressure work (even in the case of illness or inclement weather), poor (barely above minimum wage) pay.

      Avantages

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
