      Avantages

      A great company with excellent staff!! Before landing my current role and position, my recruiter worked diligently with me to not only find what it was that I was looking for as far as career goals, but also to find out more about myself and my individual persons. There were a few hits and misses in the process of finding me the position in which I wanted to land but we found it and things have been all up hill since then!!!!

      Inconvénients

      From time to time there can be a bit of confusion between the Client your working for and Insight Global in how the project is going to operate and move forward.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
