      Avantages

      What I love about Insight Global is the opportunites to grow within the company. This company is growing fast and I am glad to have gotten in when I did. I work with great people every day and eveyone is helpful and pushes me to do my best. I get great feedback on how I could improve and I have great support here in the office. The upper management here really gets involved with everyone and it really feels like I am part of a team.

      Inconvénients

      Sometimes it is still hard to wake up early! It is very fast paced here, but once you get the hang of it you can take things in stride.

      Avantages

      Fast hiring process, responsive contacts, easy to follow process and documentation and the usual optional benefits for a contractual employee and they do have an option for 401k after a 3 months of employment.

      Inconvénients

      None that I can think of. I have never missed a paycheck from them.

      Avantages

      Can make good money, your coworkers are great

      Inconvénients

      - work 7:45-5pm every day and will be questioned if you leave early - "hybrid" is onsite mon-fri with no flexibility - management is absolutely insane in every way - zero diversity, only hire blonde women in their 20s - base salary is laughable and you will be making that for at least a year if not more - management will play favorites and that has a direct impact your paycheck - constant work drama - no rewards for hard workers - benefits are a JOKE - 401k match is $250/year, health insurance is terrible, and zero perks of the job
