      Awesome schedule, pays decent and get to learn plant processes.

      Inconvénients

      Can be physically exerting, must be comfortable with climbing up to 200ft high, and mostly outside work (it can be -30 to 90F here)

      Avantages

      Great support from upper management, all the way up to the CEO of Insight Environmental.

      Inconvénients

      Work is outdoors in all weather conditions, which isn't appealing for everyone. The technicians need to be physically fit enough to climb columns, as well, with a heavy backpack on.

      Everyone is nice! The job is pretty easy and low stress.
