      Avantages

      I joined Insight in November 2024 and from day one, the culture and support of the company as a whole has been nothing short of wonderful. There is a rhythm that keeps the pace of learning in motion, in every meeting, in every opportunity, to connect with team members and move the business forward. Challenges are met head on as opportunities, where folks want to work together and make a lasting impact. A+ all around.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
