      A wide set of teams you could move into

      Inconvénients

      Things move very slow, no opportunities for young grads, more than 60% of young grads who joined their skills academy program were made redundant within an year (even though they advertise first year is for learning and development), there is no blueprint in place to move their Graduate Associates into roles

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
