      Avantages

      Challenging fast paced IT environment. Outstanding co-workers, lots of opportunities to succeed. IT Management is very supportive and shows concern for employees well being

      Inconvénients

      sometimes too much going on at once. The employees have to be able to manage many tasks at once so if that is not to your liking then Insight may not be a fit for you

      Sounds like you have a great team and working on cutting-edge projects. Amazing teammates and supportive leadership is common thread on Glassdoor and our teammate surveys. Yes, we hear you. Sometimes life is busy at Insight, but luckily these times don't last too long. Thank you for all that you do and we appreciate the feedback.

      Avantages

      Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
