Avantages
Everybody is technical and driven. Bleeding edge technologies and projects are always occurring. Ability to do anything across the span of IT and grow every skill. A lot of internal growth areas and more cross training than I've seen anywhere else I've been.
Inconvénients
Can be some long hours and weekends.

Wow! It sounds like you have found your fit. Glad there are lots of career growth options for you. We appreciate your tremendous effort and very happy to have you part of the team.
Work life balance is okay. Hybrid schedule. Depending on your manager they can work with you. Some really great and caring people. Generous PTO.
Inconvénients
Pay is noncompetitive. The medical benefits are pretty bare minimum. Lastly, the company morale is in the tank overall. Missed several quarterly quotas, new CEO brought in to fix things. Nobody knows where anything is headed
