      Avantages

      - people are very friendly and eager to help and great teammates

      Inconvénients

      - management overall - unclear roadmap and vision of the company - a lot of projects remain unfinished because of poor time management and priorities - understaffed and not working on solving that problem at all - low salary and no bonuses or raises

      The strategy of the company and the technology is impressive - more so because they are pulling it off.

      Inconvénients

      There is a lot of opportunity but they are being conservative in their spend, as most companies are at this time.
