Happy to have Joined the Inserso Family - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Inserso

I've been working at Inserso for a few years now and I can honestly say that there is no other place I'd rather work. I am happy to say I have a very good working relationship with my immediate supervisor who recognizes and values my abilities, provides me with opportunities to continue my professional growth, mentors me in areas where I may not be as strong, but also provides me the opportunity to mentor others in areas where I am. Even upper management makes themselves available to employees when needed instead of being too busy or too removed from the day to day operations. Inserso as a whole, encourages community within the company. During the pandemic and its aftermath, we've had periodic virutal "happy hours" and virutal end of year holiday parties as a way to stay connected. Participation is across the board, from upper management to lower level employees, and it has been a nice way to foster and maintain community and camaraderie within the company during a time when many may have felt isolated. Overall I find the pay and benefits to be competitive. In addition to paid time off and all federal holidays, we have several different health insurance options, a 401k plan with immediate company match (no vesting period), and short term, long term disability insurance and basic life insurance. I am happy I found a home at Inserso, and I plan on joining the ranks of our other employees who have been working here for many years!
