Pleasant and knowledgeable mentor for the first week. The interview and hiring process was easy, and the interviewer was pleasant and efficient.
Inconvénients
Absolutely worst transcription company I have ever worked for. Very disorganized with an extreme lack of communication regarding my accounts. I asked many times for standards and guides for the accounts that I was assigned to, with no response from managers. As such, I used the AAMT Book of Style, which in every other transcription job I have had was the gold standard. I shared a macro system, that I developed, with other transcriptionists and received an award from the company, and the following week was fired for not following account guidelines. In my exit interview, I stated again that I had asked for guidelines and standards many times, and was told that I did have that information by my interviewer. This was a horrible experience and company performance was substandard with regard to wages, management, IT assistance/knowledge, etc.
