      Avantages

      Researchers are very approachable. Lots of opportunities for colabotative work. Generous funds for conferences and encourages publishing.

      Inconvénients

      Post PhD the salary does not increase much. howvever there are other socialistic benfits at this excellent place by govt and INRIA
