      Avantages

      The work is interesting, it changes often, and is sometimes complex. Most of the fellow employees are enjoyable to work with.

      Inconvénients

      It is a publicly traded company and must conform to the rules and whims of the board. The facilities are old and in need of repair.

      Avantages

      Very knowledgeable people, everyone is willing to teach what they know. Lots of different, interesting things to work on. Investments in people and equipment happening at accelerating pace. Loads of work in the pipeline so very secure and stable future.

      Inconvénients

      Lots of errors from the past still being corrected. Need more people to help push in the right direction. Output not keeping up with orders.

      The only pro would be paid time off

      Inconvénients

      Erratic or non existent management, horrible pay. Old unventilated, unreliable equipment.
