Since COVID-19, employees have option to work ‘from home’ and I like the office environment. The new corporate office In Irvine CA is in Irvine and freeway close, but many people work remotely.

INOVx has recently undergone some top management changes, which has remarkably and dramatically improved cooperation between departments. We have an environment that truly motivates and empowers employees, more so than ever. The organization is leaner and more efficient. My team and I have a real say in the operation and we are listened to more than ever before. We have influence and it is truly motivating. I enjoy my job and my coworkers - best job I have ever had without a doubt. We work hard and play hard together as a team – almost like a family.
