Avantages
Smart, nice engineers and managers are passionate about the conpany. Front-end team seems good.
Inconvénients
-Very misleading during hiring process. They make offers normally on the spot and don't give truthful and complete information. -In my opinion the company is very racially discriminatory in it's hiring. Front-end team is roughly 90% Indian while the back-end team is roughly 70% Indian with a few Chinese and Caucausians thrown in for good measure. -Back-end management personality is a mix of bullying and ADHD. No long-term planning, just putting out fires. Any planning is very vague with lots of buzzwords. Problems are covered up by blaming innocent people and external companies. Employees are bullied so much they have no motivation and do a poor job. The work gets completed but there is very little error checking and attention to detail. -Some back-end projects involved wasting lots of resources reinventing the wheel, and management didn't listen to anyone and everyone was too afraid to say anything.
