Avantages

Compensation CAN be great. Keyword: CAN but not necessarily will, a mostly “positive” team. All in all, it’s actually a very good company to work for……for certain types of people.

Inconvénients

Let’s just first start with the obvious; you’re gonna be working outside in the “famous” Arizona heat between 6 and 8 hours each day. That wasn’t a con to me per se because I always stayed hydrated with water and electrolytes but nonetheless I just want future employers and “managing partners” (I personally thought that term was always a joke considering it was only between 2 to 4 people who actually called the shots out of roughly 40 or so ppl in that office with at least half of them being regarded as “leaders” and “managers” because…..they had a desk?) to know that they’ll be spending the majority of the time going from door to door instead of being in the office, the next were the crazy expectations they wanted from their employees to have by literally day 2. Obviously the whole purpose for any company is to make money but unless you were legitimately a born salesman, nobody truly “masters” the art of sales in 2-3 days. It’s more like 1 week and possibly more but hey whatever! The last con (and in many ways the single biggest con about this company) is the fake “niceness” of the company management. Oh sure during orientation, they treat you like they’re your best friends but that changes COMPLETELY starting on day 1. What do I mean? It’s starts in rather subtle ways. The managing team will randomly quiz you on acronyms (there’s like dozens of them) and if you forget them, they either give you “stuff” or more offensively they act condescending towards you which is especially true of the top manager at the company whom always struck me as fake even from the first day of orientation. There are many other cons such as being told what to do by ppl much younger than me but that’s kinda whatever as that happens to be increasingly the norm everywhere.

Avantages

This was my first real job out of college and the growth I achieved is invaluable! Not only was I able to get hand on experience in marketing and sales but I also got to gain experience in recruiting, training and leadership! I went to school for Political Science so I was having a hard time getting employed, this was a perfect entry level role that gave me a ton hands on training and mentorship! I decided to go back to school to pursue my law degree which is why I decided to step away but extremely grateful for everything I learned.

Inconvénients

You receive a lot of feedback so if you're not coachable or open it can be taken negatively. I saw a lot of people not be able to take feedback and apply information which was evident with defensive or egotistical employees,
