IMS Group was the first recruitment I worked for when I first moved to Toronto. Great place to learn from a legend who owns a yacht and Ferrari from working hard in what he always believed in. I learned a lot from Mike that proved Morgan Methodology wasn’t a joke. Gary Doma may seem a bit rough around the edges but only if his time gets wasted by people coming in unprepared and not putting in the work to learn what he taught him. He’s a gun who always delivers on his promises to clients and can bill over $100K a month with his team. Listen to him.
Inconvénients
A lot reviews showed past employees were too hard on the company. Very simple. If you’re lazy and not sales oriented then there’s much easier ways to earn $30K a year. You get what you give.
