Still floundering - Avis employé Employé (anonyme) Innovative Interfaces, Inc

Every week more people leave the company. Until several months ago, people were being let go by dim-witted management, today they are leaving for greener pastures on their own. There have been some new and re-hires, but so far not enough to be of help to those of us in the trenches. IT is a shambles and none of the new IT guys know how to fix the infrastructure. Pay is on the thin side for a tech company (unless you're in management). No one knows when more heads will roll.
