Avantages
No meaningful pros come to mind. This in itself is upsetting and reinforces how bad things are in the company. As I write this review, I wish things were different and that I could influence the directors and senior management here, who seem hell bent on driving the business into the ground.
Inconvénients
Lack of respect from managers and HR. No communication regarding the terrible engagement levels or what’s being done about it. No honesty about the state of the company. Zero leadership from (you guessed it) the senior leadership team. Insufficient development from a training team that’s whittled down to one junior guy...as everyone else in Training has left. Paint by numbers objectives and performance management scheme. Bullying is tolerated. Recruitment of numerous contractors and interim directors/heads of departments based on friendships and favours owed, rather than skills.
