Poor Senior Leadership - avoid, avoid, avoid. - Avis employé Operations Innovation Group

Leadership cannot be trusted and lack integrity. They regularly break their promises to employees, suppliers and clients. It is a very unhappy place where top management are constantly chopping and changing - starting one minute - leaving within a few months. They seem unhappy too and the good Leaders don't last long. I feel sorry for the HR Team - it must be just the worst place to work in HR.
