      Avantages

      It has very good bench policy . They will keep you with org even after 3 months in bench but without salary. Once you get a project all unpaid salary will be paid back.

      Inconvénients

      There is a hierarchy in the org. People address senior level as sir which is not common in software. The managers won't respond properly and reporting manager changes just before the hike.
