If you want to do something - dot it. Not suitable for moaners who expect things to be given to them on a plate. - Agile. I've witnessed failing processes change in under a month - a change that was driven by staff, not management, but supported by management when presented to them. - No moaners ... they mostly left around the same time to a lesser competitor and posted their 1* reviews here at the same time :P - Life/Work balance is excellent.
