Avantages

Working at InnoVision allowed me to attend some cool events, get free vodka, interact with great clients and have an occasional laugh with the other employees.

Inconvénients

Worked 60 + hours a week, was paid less than minimum wage and made more coffee than a barista. This is a very corrupt company employed by some of the most self-involved people I've ever met. I felt like I was back in high school working there. Superiors decide your success in the company. If they don't like you, you're out.

Yes, perhaps issuing free vodka is sometimes a bad idea. Apparently this person drank too much of it. I'm much more careful with who is given vodka by our vodka client now. Lesson learned. If you're new in marketing and are willing to work your way up into a great position and have the opposite attitude of this person, please contact me personally. We are growing quickly and have openings often, ric@innovisionnow.com

Avantages

The workspaces were nice. Other than that, I don't remember anything positive about the job and the workplace.

Inconvénients

This workplace and its horrible leaders are prime examples of what being too good can do to you. They convince you to take on more work, and if you agree to do that to keep your job, they assign an impossibly brutal workload. What's worse is that they blame you for not doing the stuff correctly when you weren't even trained or guided for it. Your explanations would be ignored, and your plight would be avoided. No one will stand up for you. So, you'd better learn to stand up for yourself. I was sick and tired of the terrible people and their awful behavior towards employees. I chose to walk out rather than get yelled at every day. It was the best decision for my sanity.
