Avantages
Small company and friendly co-workers makes it a fun place to work. Culture is laid back and at the same time solid expectations set for making money, doing the job well and making your customers happy. Employees are allowed a lot of room to get the job done your own way without tying your hands. Good ideas are received well. Company has made process improvements a high priority, making common sense improvements and is steadily improving its image and production efficiency. New management is making the business more efficient and competitive. It is taking time, but they are getting it done step by step.
Inconvénients
At times the culture is too casual and is unprofessional. Conversations can be crude, and inappropriate for a work environment. Too much swearing and sexual innuendo. Most other companies would have fired many of the people. Performance reviews / training do not exist. The company seems to operate with a quirky cultural, like what it might have been like when it was a start-up. Pay increases are not really given at all. Pay is not that high.
