-HO is barely involved -no career progression within the company. very hard to progress in head office. -barely any communication from head office, sometimes they don't know what they're talking about. -never takes on feedback from the store managers regardless how much exposure we have from being the first point of customer service. -so understaff to the point where early closures are mandatory
