Avantages

Some colleagues were supportive and hardworking, and there are opportunities to gain experience quickly due to high staff turnover.

Inconvénients

There appears to be a recurring pattern of poor treatment towards staff, particularly within certain teams. Several employees have reported being subjected to excessive scrutiny, lack of support, and inconsistent management practices. Communication can be unclear or handled in a way that feels punitive rather than constructive. Mistakes are often highlighted publicly or formally rather than used as learning opportunities. This creates an environment where employees feel anxious rather than supported. There have also been multiple instances of individuals leaving or being managed out within short timeframes, sometimes following internal complaints or misunderstandings. Processes around performance management and investigations do not always feel transparent or fair. Morale across teams can be low, with frequent turnover and a noticeable lack of trust in leadership. In some cases, employees have felt isolated rather than supported when raising concerns. Based on my experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering a role here to ask detailed questions about team culture and management style before accepting.

Avantages

Great company to work for that has a lot of connections to big and small pharma companies.

Inconvénients

No cons at the moment except contracts can end at any time . But they will get you on another one.

Avantages

-Other employees at the company are generally kind and happy. -Lots of internal communities/comms platforms.

Inconvénients

-Your manager will "make it or break it." -We had 3 different managers due to company-wide restructures, and 2/3 were extremely harsh and disrespectful; they did not embody the characteristics of a leader. Once a bias/preconceived notion was formed about me, I was immediately targeted, and everything I did was viewed unfavorably. (Ex: if they made mistakes, it was justified, but if anyone else did, it was time to point fingers) -Salaries are low while workload is high. (can vary by team/manager)
