      Avantages

      Good team, even though it can be overwhelming. A solid team makes all the difference. And you really get to help people who really need it

      Inconvénients

      Not enough training around mental health for staff so can be difficult with dealing with Individuals who are suffering with mental health as often staff will miss the signs

      Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
