Avantages

Some of the staff are nice.

Inconvénients

Managers are inexperienced, lack of progression, targets are impossible to meet and absolutely no support or acknowledgement of this. The job manages to be both boring and stressful. One of the most demotivating places I've worked.

Inconvénients

Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
