      Many thanks for your review. It’s great to hear that you’re enjoying being part of the team. Thanks also for your thoughts on pay, travel and career progression. We’ve got a lot of work going on in all of these areas, such as a pay benchmarking review and focus groups to get input from colleagues about our growth and development offer. It’s also a strategic priority for us to better enable our mobile workforce since we now have so many people working remotely or who spend a lot of time on the road. More to come on all of this soon.       Inconvénients

      Been through a lot of redundancies, however businesses are constantly changing and with change in this sector unfortunately comes redundancies. With this in mind I believe those who are made redundant would have taken a huge amount of skills and knowledge from Ingeus/Invisage to support them in another great role/company!
