1. There are no fixed login and logout hours as long as work is done by the end of the day. 2. Every 6 months there is a employee and manager feedback form exchanged so there is transparency between the two. 3. Free lunches and coffee provided by the company. 4. Healthcare/insurance coverage. 5. Great recognition in monthly townhall if you take ownership. 6. Good connectivity via metro.

Inconvénients

1. Limited car and motorcycle parking space (infrastructure related, not company related)
