      Privately owned so not beholden to short-termism. Flat management structure encourages personal development.

      Inconvénients

      Prior success built on being market leader in Microsoft technologies space. Company now in transitional phase as prevalence of Microsoft technologies declines. Future success dependant on competing across multiple frameworks.

      35+ years of success because of consistently delivering great products.

      Inconvénients

      Very tech-focused and too old school (or immature) when it comes to GTM, but thankfully they're making investments to address this.
