Infosys has excellent work culture, It has amazing workplace, Job Security, Best Indian company to work for. Among the best workplace infrastructure in the entire world. Infosys has an excellent work force. probably the best among any IT outsourcing companies. Infosys adapts very well to new challenges in the market.

Inconvénients

The salary offered by Infosys is not comparable to other global consulting companies. However the salary is better than other Indian companies. There are too many management layers. Some of the layers like SPM is really flab in the organization. The mid and senior level management could be more strategic.Infosys could work towards improving the work life balance of its employees.
