Avantages

1.Good work culture 2. Big name and big brand 3. All facilities for mind relaxation (sports [All sports], yogas, swimming, weekly events and parties) 4. Almost no work pressure

Inconvénients

1. Very low salary. 2. No hike in salary: Infosys have Rating system. Based on this number , employees get the yearly hike. This rating number can be 3(Not good),2(Okay),1(Good),1+(Very good). If you are getting rating as '3', you will be in mess You will get yearly hike as big 0%. Even if it is '2', even then you may get the yearly hike as 2-3% which is almost equivalent to 0%. I know some employees who have worked in Infosys for more than 7 years. They started with the salary package as 3.25 but now they are getting even less than 7. If your rating is 1+(Very good-Very very rare to get), even then you wont get more than 10 to 12 % yearly hike This only con is enough over all pros. So you might not want to stay in infosys for long duration unless you are very sure of getting an US-Europe onsite opportunity. 3. US Onsite opportunity is not guaranteed. I know one employee who has stayed in Infosys for the last 8 years to get US onsite, but still he hasn't got it. He is totally dumped now even after spending whole hearted effort all these years
