Avantages

above average salary, good team mates

Inconvénients

The list is never ending.. They do not treat you as a resource, they will treat you as a labor. I am working more than 10 hours a day, everyday from last 2 years, they even ask you to work on weekends, they will make you work till 4 in the morning and again expect you to join office at 9. There are few in management who humiliate you if you do not agree to them even use bad words. Everyone in the management knows that employees are being exploited but no one cares, i really HR really jump and help us. You have to beg for taking a 2 week leave. no one is allowed to take more that 2 week leave. those who do not speak their tongue are racially abused .. the worse thing they will never be thank you for your efforts coz at the end you are a Labor.. it is a mess.. please AVOIDE

Good learning opportunities – Access to internal learning platforms, certifications, and training programs (especially for freshers). Global exposure – Opportunities to work with international clients and global delivery teams. Structured processes – Well-defined policies, documentation, and governance. Work-life balance (project dependent) – Many teams offer reasonable working hours. Employee benefits – Health insurance, paid leaves, and wellness initiatives. Safe and inclusive workplace – Strong focus on ethics, compliance, and diversity.

Inconvénients

Salary growth can be slow – Compensation increments may be lower compared to market standards. Limited flexibility in role changes – Internal mobility and project switches can take time. Bureaucratic processes – Decision-making can be slow due to multiple approval layers. Project allocation delays – Bench time and delayed onboarding to projects can happen. Variable learning exposure – Skill growth depends heavily on the project assigned. Less innovation in some teams – Certain projects may use legacy technologies. Onsite opportunities are limited – Compared to earlier years, onsite roles are fewer. Performance appraisal transparency – Rating systems may feel rigid or unclear.
