Avantages

Training for freshers. Affordable facilities like gym, pool, game courts.

Inconvénients

1. Worst employee compensation. All the time you have to worry about cost of living because you don't get paid enough. 2. Infosys employees are not treated similar to client employees when working at client location. There is a constant discrimination. 3. Overtime without pay while working for client. Client employees get paid for their overtime from their company but your extra efforts always go unrecognised. In 6 months I have done 3 time 21 hours shift longest leaving my desk for buying food from cafeteria and bring it to desk so I do my lunch and work simultaneously. What I received was three days without lunch.
