Avantages

Treat employees with human touch and most importantly I never encountered a question "why do you want to know" when I ask things as part of my job. That's really important when you work with a company and explore the company as you spent your career with them. I still remember the word from CEO , " We are not looking at India as a back office but as equal as any Informatica office in the world" you never hear this very often in India.

Inconvénients

The best company I ever worked so far, Like any other company operating in India to gain knowledge from counterparts outside of India so you have to be flexible to change your schedule to collaborate. But that's a choice for you , Informatica never mandate it.
