Our employees are our number one priority, so we'd like to address some of your specific concerns: * Sales Cycles - Sales cycles can vary, depending on the type of product that is being sold. * Low Pay - Based on our market studies from our Compensation Team, we feel that we offer a salary that is higher than the norm for the Inside Sales role compared to our competitors. * Growth Opportunities - We're proud to say that we've had 4 promotions within our org in just over the last year. That's an excellent result, considering that our team has only been around for 18 months.
