      Flexibility in Work from home.

      Inconvénients

      Mostly everything. If you are not under the correct management, there won't be any peace of mind and no work satisfaction. You are not allowed to question anything. If you say yes to everything what management say and work almost 24/7 then also no surity that they will think about you
