-The ability to work from home or in office -You primarily work by yourself
Inconvénients
- There’s constant miscommunication of what department has what task. The constant changes to procedures makes it hard for anyone to adjust. Informa has to learn to improve with what they already have then to try to skip 10 steps - Working on multiple project at the same time with hardly any time to process the last one - the work life balance is non existent - every one is overworked to the point that there is no one to help you on projects
