Inconvénients
From my experience, previous all goodie reviews look fake and manipulative. Because reality is far more worst than what those reviews mention. get ready for following things if you are planning to join this company. 1. Expect no management at all, everything is centred to CEO. He is the project planner, architect, project manager,etc for all projects. Frequenty he keeps forgetting what he has told people to do. Which ends up everything massy. 2. Expect no salaries on time. They promise to give salary on time while joining, but never comes on time. Usually after 10-15 days of month end. 3. Expect policies which are made only to play around with employees. 4. Expect no career growth. You will get all flashy promies from management about your position in company, but all those are purely meant just to manipulate all employees. 5. Expect labour work, not professional work. CEO expects you to work day & night for him, that too without any compensation and credit. 6. Expect no project planning at all. 7. Expect frequent project changes anytime. Either your project will change or current project's structure will change. Ultimately you will end up doing rework again and again. 8. Internal Politics is always on. You will be amazed to see CEO himself is involved in internal politics. 9. No matter you perform well or not, as long as you "flatter" CEO you are in. After that immediately you will be out without any intimation. 10. Office ambience is always shabby. 11. Huge notice period of 3 months. I will not at all recommend this company, if you are looking out for stable job.
