      Avantages

      The only pro that I can think of is consistency.

      Inconvénients

      The owner is abusive, rude and uses foul language. The supervisors are unqualified and have no authority. The environment is hostile, cold and apathetic. Instead of trying to find a solution they are only interested in finding someone to blame. The turnover is constant and the hiring process is inadequate. They promote a team atmosphere but it is anything but that.

      Avantages

      Fun, family environment. The company is filled with a great team of employees who support each other. Everyday something new is created and it is fun to see projects come to life.

      Inconvénients

      There can be a communication disconnect between departments.
