Perspective commerciale
Avantages
free food, snacks and free lunch is served occasionally. Taco Cart once a quarter or more. Lot of company events specially in the summer. Nice company gym. Owners of the company are very generous to employees.
Inconvénients
If it rains taco cart will be substituted by pizza. Lots of gossip and immature behavior. From the top down people are blaming or trying to make a case against each other when there is enough money and resources to work as a team. Most directors are connected since high school and feel entitled. Promotions are given to butt kissers, not top performers.
