      Avantages

      Working at Inertiasoft was a very good experience. Management were somewhat supportive, and the other team members were very helpful. Teamwork was a particularly strong and positive aspect of the environment.

      Inconvénients

      Management just need to have more confidence in their abilities and push back to customer when needed.
