Great pay, and great benefits package. Fast paced culture without any major toxicity compared to other companies. Every company has politics, but there is a culture that values self advocacy, and as long as youre likable and easy to work with, politics does not affect your daily work environment. Good growth opportunities too.

Recently changing management has changed aspects of Incyte that made it family-like and unique. Expect more change as new leadership changes.

Nice cafeteria, lots of budget, nice campus

work environment is very cliquey and competitive with lots of overwhelming politics. People here LOVE to work, you'll be asked to work overtime for free and told you have to work extra to get ahead because that's what everyone else did. Harassment also gets swept under the rug a lot. Not LGBT friendly, had coworkers harassing me and reports being made about my appearance and HR would take their side despite the double standards.
