An open atmosphere with mutual accountability which I find refreshing after my previous job. I am given the bandwidth to do my job & free to deliver it in my own way, as long as I meet outcomes. Approachability of senior management, constant long term planning & inclusion in the process. Freedom to challenge thinking, be innovative & be recognised for the work I have done.

There can be a lot going on at any time. I wish they would do better short term planning. Mediocre work is simply not acceptable & it really does require a high standard of output to work here. That sometimes makes it really pressured, but while this is not a con for me, I saw some colleagues who could never keep the pace. There is an atmosphere of deep personal accountability & this is great for some people, but it never worked out for some folks.

I love challenges and Increasingly has provided me with the right platform to showcase my talent to share my thoughts and ideas with the management.International team open-mindedness informal & fast-paced atmosphere. I enjoyed being a part of a busy team & the pace of the work helped me stay motivated and achieve great success. I was compensated for the effort and work every time I have exceeded the expectations and delivered the outcome. I have been learning by doing, hands-on experience, many opportunities to grow faster, worked with like-minded people close knitted team in flexible and happy work culture. Management stands by employees in their rough time and extends their support in all possible ways both personally and professionally.

I was pushed hard to think outside the box, to learn skills that I have never known before but I enjoyed every bit of it.
