I had a good time at Inclusive. My colleagues were kind hearted and good people, which helped me settle in really well. I felt comfortable asking as many questions as I needed to. Cliques aren't really a thing here which I was very happy about. There are opportunities to learn and chances to go abroad for streaming events. I was able to develop new skills and grew in confidence. Everyone is passionate about what they do and the streaming is of high quality.

As with streaming jobs in general, hours can be long.

Small efficient team focussed on producing the highest quality content. With an interesting list of clients had the opportunity to work a vast range of projects from making a documentary over a year, to live streaming a project with George Clooney and everything in between. Great employer in terms of flexible working. Lots of opportunities for career growth and training/learning on the job.

Few cons, was a great place for me to build the foundations of my career. The small team may not suit everyone.
