      Avantages

      In the past 18 months Inchcape has been through a period of change. Some of the changes that were made were quite unpalatable. However as we have worked through this period, and we have found a great balance to most areas of the business. As a General Manager I lost some really great members of staff to competitors. And now I am seeing them returning. Sometimes it is good for people to head out there, and see that the grass definitely is not always greener.

      Inconvénients

      A lot of changes, made in a short period of time.

      Thank you for your kind review; we agree in today’s workplace, even the companies with the best cultures and reputation for looking after their workers will see staff leave for pastures new during periods of change. Their greater experience of the long-term history of our business is an asset, and we realise the value of their experience during their time outside of the business.
