      Avantages

      Learning & upskilling: they provides lots of courses, workshops, learning portals and certificates in various stacks to upskill . Had lots of learning from projects I worked on. Good working environment. Mainly the food served at cafeteria is too good with respect to hygiene and good to eat.

      Avantages

      Supportive and encouraging work environment and colleagues who are willing to help. Work-life balance is manageable, again it depends on the project and your manager. Good exposure to new tools and technologies especially AI. HR and management are super supportive for most issues.

      Inconvénients

      Payscale is slightly below market standards compared to similar roles in the industry. Compensation growth could be more competitive and better aligned with experience and performance.
