Inconvénients
So many where do i start, lets start with the minimum wage base pay which could defenitely be more, management telling one thing and then telling u the opposite days later, THE LEADS were bad i repeat bad. ICE makes the leads sound good but when you get in there there horrible and they want u to stick to a very very intrusive sales type script. Basically tricking computer illiterate people into letting them remote onto there computer and then try n make a sell on them. Customers call in for refunds and it still goes against your revenue per call horrible script and sales technique no suprise people reported them to bbb before. They tell you you have a few weeks to make sales (3 or 4 a day which isnt bad) then they threaten your job by the second week out of training, job is big lie.. lie to u about making 100000 ayear lie about the leads being "hot" or "great" lie about how they claim they want employees to be lomg term just a binch of bull
